Procedure:

Google "Sidereal Time" and once you enter in the correct Longitude for this building you will be able to set the clocks.  Van Allen Hall will be 91.31 W Longitude.  Our telescope pad in Arizona is 110.36 W Longitude.  

The digital sidereal clock runs on 12 Volts.  Make sure you connect the leads to the battery correctly as connecting them backward will destroy the clock.
