Place 4 to 6 liters of liquid nitrogen in the large Styrofoam container.  Quickly dump about 4 liter of hot water into the Styrofoam container.  Caution:  Wear safety glasses and a lab coat for this demonstration as there will be water that is splashed out of the container.
