5D10.30 - Human Resistance

Code Number:
5D10.30
Demo Title:
Human Resistance
Condition:
Excellent
Principle:
Resistance of the Human Body
Area of Study:
Electricity & Magnetism
Equipment:
Digital or Analog VOM, leads with exposed ends, 1 Human.
Procedure:

Set the meter on the 1 to 10 Mega-Ohm scale.   Grab the leads firmly in your hands and observe the reading on the meter.  Most people will have a reading in the 1 to 10 Mega-Ohm range although women usually will have a lower resistance than men and your bodies resistance will change day to day due to chemical and hormonal changes that occur.
