Staedtler pens, black construction paper, white writing paper.
Procedure:

Take the different color pens and write onto the white paper.  The red, green, and blue colors should show up as normal.  However, when you write on the black paper with the red pen, it will appear green, the blue pen will appear red, and the green pen will appear blue.
