tennis ball on a string

Code Number: 1D55.15

Demo Title: Central Forces - T-Ball on a String

Condition: Fair

Principle: Forces Due To Circular Motion

Area of Study: Mechanics

Equipment:

Tennis ball on a string

Procedure:

Twirl the ball in a circle.  When you let go of the string, the ball will move in a straight line path.  Practice will be required to get the timing down.
