Demo Title: Grooves on a Record - Model

Condition: Good

Principle: Mechanical Vibrations Converted to Sound.

Equipment:

Wooden Record Groove simulations.

Procedure:

These wooden models are used to demonstrate the ridges in the grooves of a record that the needle travels over. The vibrations of the needle as it moves over the grooves at constant speed are amplified giving us the music or speech that is heard.
