Oscilloscope, Microphone, Tuning Forks, Ultrasonic Rods, and Fan
data from Noise and Measurements

Code Number: 3C50.75

Demo Title: Noise and Measurements

Condition: Excellent

Principle: Signal vs. Noise Ratios

Area of Study: Oscillations & Acoustics

Equipment:

Oscilloscope, Microphone, Tuning Forks, Ultrasonic Rods, and Fan.

Procedure:

Plug the microphone into the oscilloscope and do a Fourier Transform to show the signal vs. noise strength.  Use the fan as the white noise source.
