Suspended Aluminum Rings and Magnets
Suspended Aluminum Rings and Magnets

Code Number: 5K20.26

Demo Title: Lenz's Law - Repulsion Rings

Condition: Excellent

Principle: Lenz's Law, Induction

Area of Study: Electricity & Magnetism

Equipment:

Suspended Aluminum Rings and Magnets.

Procedure:

Suspend the chosen aluminum ring. Insert the magnet into the ring. The solid ring will be move away from the magnet, while the broken ring will show not effect.
